Data subject’s rights

The data subject can exercise the rights under Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June 30, 2003 at any time, by contacting the data controller with an email to  coop@isairon.it. The above mentioned Section 7 is reported verbatim as follows.

Sec. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

  1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
